Our method of approach is as follows:
If you have decided to view perspective investments in Portugal, a member of our team will arrange to meet you (be it at our offices in Pinherio de Azere, our office in Tavira - The Algarve-, or anywhere that is more convenient for you); and discuss with you at length exactly what type of property that it is you are looking for, and what we can do to help.
You will be able to look through our extensive list of investments and discuss types of properties, location and prices. Usually a client will choose a number of locations and our team will then make arrangements for viewing. We are more than happy to advise on any alterations or renovation work and can offer guidance on the legalities of planning permission.
Due to our wide range of contacts we can also reccomend local builders, supplyers and tradesmen who will be only too happy to supply fair estimates; we can then provide information on setting up utilities such as gas, electricity, water and phone.
If finally you do decide to purchase a property, Honest Properties Portugal will help you aquire your fiscal number and bank account (which are necessary); and begin the final paperwork.
When all the paperwork is complete the transfer of ownership is carried out at The Notary's office. If for some reason you are unable to return to Portugal at that time; we can, if you wish act as representatives and ensure the deeds are given to your lawyer or sent to you by registered post.
Once all this has been completed you will then own your own property in the beautiful heart of Europe and can begin to start developing your dream.

Airports (How to get to us)
For Central Portugal, the region we cover is roughly between Lisbon and Porto.
Porto airport is based on the northern side of the city and it is very easy to get to Coimbra, follow the directions to A1 - direction Lisboa/Coimbra, near Coimbra follow direction to IP3 and take the exit Viseu, follow signs to Santa Comba Dao(about 1.30/2h).
You can also get a plane to Lisbon airport, rent a car and get the A1 to Porto/Coimbra, follow direction to IP3 and take the exit Viseu, follow signs to Santa Comba Dao (about 2.30/3h).
If you don't want to rent a car: Porto airport: take a taxi from the airport to S. Bento railway station, from there take a train to Coimbra. Lisboa airport: take a taxi from the airport to Gare do Oriente railway station, from there take a train to Coimbra.
For Algarve, we recommend travel to Faro International Airport.
